Like the website when it was working on 12/6/23 but after Samsung phone was updated with a new or updated UI, it has been crashing when clicking on the app. It states it has a bug. Need to update. (Update - 20Dec23) After the samsung update, OCCU updated their app within a couple of days and back in business.

The app is convenient & secure. User-friendly, efficient, modern, and has multiple features. I especially like how it offers many ways to log in. Not just a password.

I absolutely love this credit union but the app not so much. I love the features and whatnot but everytime I initially log in to do something important the app is unavailable.
