Ratings and reviews

First impressions aren't great. There's no 'remember me' setting on the app & you must re-enter the long membership number on every login; very frustrating. At least one person has mentioned this flaw in reviews..2 yrs ago. The device, although installed and flashing (even went for a 10 min drive) is still showing as not activated in the App. What to do? I think I got a glimpse of the full app once, but now only see the device link page again. Like I said...not great.

Just got my dongle for the car. Installed easily. The accompanying app though is really annoying. I would like to check my driving from time to time. It takes forever for the app to load the login info! Quite often it just freezes. I would have thought that a corporate made app would work better than this. Very frustrated.

Not sure if it's the App or the odb dongle that is a problem. Had to replace 2 dongles for 2 of my cars and the issue is still there. It has reported 5 instances in one second. I have a kia rio 2009 and a dodge caravan 2015 not some dance sports car where this could be possible. I am just keeping this device since I will at least get the 5% discount. If not it's just a piece of garbage setup for one to fail. Oh and yes I was now also told that my car is all of a sudden not compatible with this.
