You can never sign in. You put in all your info, but it NEVER leaves the sign in screen. It happens almost EVERY TIME! If you go to their website, it automatically directs you o this piece of sh** app, so you still can't pay your frickin bill! It would be faster and a heck of a lot less aggravating to just go pay it in person, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid!

I can not pay my bill on this app. The billing page is frozen. I've tried Uninstalling and reinstall and it's still stuck.

Horrible, this system is crappie it tells me I don't have an account but yet I can't contact anyone at the ofc. So frustrated. Now I have to drive miles away to pay my bill. This system should be scrapped and the administration should reach out to help your patrons!!!!!
