In our initial version we have four menus:
Vehicles: Consultation of all Company vehicles.
Processes: Possibility to view all processes taking place in the workshop, and attached files. It also has the functionality to add new attachments (photos and videos) to the process.
Service Orders: Where you can view all Service Orders and their attachments. You can also add new attachments (photos and videos).
As a result, the application ensures it is easier to view information relating to the work taking place in the workshop, as well as the possibility of uploading new data.
New Document: This functionality allows employees to create orders for services, processes and vehicles. Containing the item to search for the vehicle within OfficeGest and in an external API both digitally and through photos.
Attachments (photos), the entity, entry date, expected delivery date, observations and also the client's signature can be added to the document to formalize the document.
