Bought an advertised new Samsung tablet, got a repacked one plus bonus some hair packed along... 🤢 Besides that... More than half of the products are out of stock and they are still advertised everywhere (on social especially) as big discount - low prices products. Not to mention that in the app you have to physically click on the product to find out that it is out of stock. There is no mention about the availability when you're just browsing products. What a waste of time and energy...

I really love this app. I have ordered quite a few times through this app and the delivery was on time and the material was in good condition. Love their commitment that even though I am staying outside city in a remote place they delivered my product to my location. I have seen big companies who refuse to deliver in remote areas although they mention that delivery is all over kuwait.

Don't buy from trikart!!! Too bad products. Products under trikart warranty is, refurbished or opened before. Bought a Samsung S22 ultra in December, for which Samsung warranty was already activated 46days before my purchase. The battery was draining like water flows out of a bottle. When asked with trikart, they were getting angry asking why I contacted Samsung for warranty.
