The app is horrible. I'd give it zero stars if that was an option because it's useless. It would not recognize my password. When I tried to reset my password it never sent me an email even after three tries and seven hours later. When I tried to check my reservation as a guest it would not recognize the confirmation number emailed to me and confirmed by the hotel. Maybe this operates as it should on iOS but its worthless on Android.

Doesn't work. Won't send a Confirm Email message. Can't re-register because email is taken. Attempted to use Reset Password feature as work around and was directed to a 404/Not Found page.
