Not able to login. OTP is not being received. Big glitch! There was a time when I used to trust Ola Money and Wallet- not anymore.

Trying my damndest to get my money refunded but I am only getting a scripted email forwarded each time . There is simply no effort to solve the issue. The documents were sent and accepted. 8 business days are over and still no resolution. It's as if only one person is managing all the social media accounts and does the customer support role.Approach the consumer court for any relief.Sheer arrogance and lackadaisical work ethics. You are mistaken if you think you'll get any resolution from them

First of all I keep getting logged out of this App every day. Recently I started getting the error "Accounts Exceeded" - Your device has been used to login to , too many devices. I sent a mail to Ola Money Support. Mail Chain went on for 25 days. They gave me the same typical solution 20 times i.e to re-install the App. Despite telling these Bastards that solution is not working, they have not been able to provide a proper solution. I have stopped using the app permanently as I can't login.
