By far the worst app I've ever had to use. Take a picture, it restarts the app and deletes pictures you just took. Take three pictures think everything is going good then it restarts again and have to take every picture again. Garbage app. Drives me nuts using it. Sometimes I spend longer trying to upload photos than I do installing a windshield. Joke. Fix it.

We're sorry you haven't had a good experience. We've been hard at work to address these issues, and if you update to version 0.8.62 you will find that the problems with saving pictures have been fixed.

This app is so frustrating to use it restarts after every picture, and deletes information constantly making it difficult to prove there was damage reporting before hand. It is currently telling me my app is out of date and needs updating but when I go to the app store it just has open option not update. So it wants me to uninstall and redownload if I do that I lose hours worth of information.

Great app that takes some getting used to when you are accustomed to using something else, but I love how stable it is and so do my technicians. The features available are wonderful and for someone looking to grow and scale your small business this is the app to go with.
