On my phone at least, the app consistently crashes whenever I try to login. I've tried restarting, clearing my cache, and even reinstalling the app, but the app always crashes as soon as I hit login. I know it's not a problem with our account, because I can use the desktop version just fine, and my wife can access the app on her phone with no issues.

usually able to get what i need done, however the app has been so dreadfully laggy lately that its completely awful to use. a lot of basic tasks that would normally take 5 minutes are pretty much impossible because of this. it doesnt even register button presses unless i sit there hitting it for 15 seconds. everything is updated, it struggles both on data and good wifi, my phone isnt old or anything... will be happy to change my review if resolved, i love this place but this app is ugh.

The original version was good. This new system is not friendly. I feel that my banking life just got more complicated and takes to long to figure out. You should hold either virtual or live training sessions. Only took 3 phone calls and 11 password resets to get into this system. I do not like your using my last name on the review. Does not provide any privacy protection, V. in the call center was the only person who helped out. She gets 5 stars. the app only gets a stretched 2 stars
