Annoying to have to tap back all the way to your birth. And the app crashed as soon as I took the photo so I never did technically get the confirmation from the phone app. And when I tried to log back in it would have made me go through the process all over again which would takes a long the test with no longer be valid by time I get to the photo. so skiped that.. but thankfully they included paper instructions to read results. Thankfully for me I didn't need a digital confirmation for anything

The registration pages for this app are Very buggy. It was hard to type in my full name. All of the text in the box would copy and append itself to the end, for example, let's say my name is "Name", the box would say nnanamnamename. And then upon deleting text to correct this bug, it would do the same thing in reverse. I'm supposed to trust this app with Protected Health Information, so the basic functions being buggy give me pause.

The best thing about this app was its screen-by-screen instructions. They are easier to follow than paper instructions. Overall, very easy to use. If you are setting up to test one of your family members, you have to enter your name first as the account holder, and then later on you can specify who the test is actually for (e.g., your daughter). The physical pieces of the test are fairly easy to handle. Be sure to remove completely the peel-off lid of the fluid filled vial: the picture seems to show that you should only partly open the lid.
