The app sucks. Service is always outstanding. Guess that's the price we pay for good food and on top of it they're always busy to answer the phone which is reasonable since it's the only pizza similar to Italian. That's when the app should come in handy but it doesn't. Too many bugs, can't view the entire menu unless I use the website, and when you continue forward with repeating the order the screen goes null

my experience was not good at all. I went through the ordeal of placing an order and praying just to find out that even though the app said the order was complete they claim no. so what was the point. I should have just called in. it's faster and easier. Now I have to watch my credit card to see if I get charged twice and they said bring the bill in and show them, then they'll refund my money. I won't be using the app anymore. I use resteraunt apps all the time with little to no issues.

Update: They fixed it! Great, but... Love the app, everything goes through and we get our Dion's! Bug Report: At least on the roast beef & provalone subs, if you select "No Tomato", the store gets the order for "no onion". It's a little weird as it doesn't even come with onion. This has repeatedly happened. 5/5 stars otherwise!
