OpenRoad Driver app allows drivers to easily scan and send to the back-office proof of delivery documents to complete their loads. OpenRoad TMS users can provide drivers with detailed load information. Your drivers can scan and submit proof of delivery and other relevant documents from the app, receive information about an upcoming load, accept or reject loads, view notes and details, see pickup and delivery time and location, see an estimated time of arrival to each destination.

It stopped scanning documents. After a week or so I got message to uninstall application and then install it again from google play. I did it multiple times, but app does not work any more. My dispatcher let IT people know about it, but the answer was - it's working. Thanks for help.

So I has been discovered that this app has full access to your phone. There is a minimal options to opt out but the company requires full access. Androids security clashes with it that's why they had to send APK to download open to bypass security certificates. When I say it has access to the device, I mean it can see and control anything on the device it is installed on.

Miss how it used to automatically edit and enhance. Some customers still use carbon copy paper that is really faint. Also the scanning is real glitchy. I've had to uninstall and reinstall it a couple times and email BOLs
