Very very poor service! Optix net always gets disconnected, no constant speed! This app provides very limited info. I would suggest don't go for Optix. If you have Nayatel or Stormfiber in your area, go for it blindly. But don't even think of Optix, you'll beg for a constant speed. I'm getting 12mbps at 20mbps package! Moreover, after 12am these issues get double. We're not ordinary youtube Facebook or Netflix users, our whole work is on internet so we know very well when the net is not working!

Sluggish and buggy app, just like Optix service. Once it used to be good, but now it feels like a bad dialup. I don't know what is wrong with our local business mindset, instead of improving and excelling the service, they start to rip off customers with increased bills and detoriated service, when their userbase increases. Very unfortunate.

What a pathetic app. It seems as this app is made in a hurry and on a really tight budget. The UI is not at all user friendly and full of bugs (Screen hangs). On top of that you guys expect us to make payments through it. I would rather spend 20 bucks extra and use kuickpay to make payments. My hopes were high since you are an ISP company, one would expect something better from you guys.
