With real-time accounting, Osome organises and reconciles documents like receipts and invoices automatically, and shows updated transaction data every 24 hours. Financial data may be viewed in the app dashboard which is always connected to clients’ bank accounts.

Ratings and reviews

This app is not user friendly at all. I need to uninstall and reinstall just to read a message. And I can't even reply the message! It is very frustrating as I can't access the files on web. I'm kinda regret incorporating my company with them thinking that it will be smooth sailing! I sent email to support with no reply till now. Rediculious! At least, there should be a tutorial!.

Unusable. White screen only, messages never load. Update: reinstalled. Left it for 30 minutes and I can finally see the home screen, it's still loading messages. What is this??? The website is also slow but not like this.

I like the idea of the app and the service it provides. Going through the process is a lot more cumbersome than indicated. Once you provide your phone number as a login, you eventually are transferred from their bot to a real person, and this is where things start to fall apart. Responses are slow and in the middle of providing information the person may tell you they are leaving for lunch break (like they did to me) for 2.5 hours. The quick 3-5hour process has taken 2 days so far...
