Osool enables you to discuss with your neighbors all matters relating to housing and to vote on important decisions in order to take care of the joint property. Osoul always keeps you away from the traditional ways of communicating, focus on your privacy, stay away from chat groups, and always focus on communication matters in the Osoul app!

• Follow up on all maintenance requests in your residence
In the Osool application, you can raise a repair request for any problem you face in your residence, follow up on all stages of maintenance requests and their related matters, follow up on the completion of scheduled maintenance work, facilitate communication with the maintenance provider, and follow up on the results of your request!
