Horrible banking app, locks you out of your account immediately and then the people are of no help when called. The update has ruined the app. You can longer view holds and cannot initiate a transfer for anything. I have tried scheduling transfers, immediate, you name it. I'm sure though when my payment doesn't go through they'll be quick to charge me late fees even though I've tried almost ten times to make a payment via transfer funds to that account.

Best credit union I have ever been to. Everyone has been friendly,holy and have gone out of their way to help me. No matter what issues I am having they have immediately handled. I'm able to move move from account to account with ease. I recommend this credit union to everyone! But I do not like the new updated version it's confusing and it won't let me switch over. I cannot use my card control anymore which was a great feature. Please go back to the old one...

Card balance does not load on main app page. Just buffers. This has been going in for over a month. Reported it to customer service. Also sent email to address listed in google play store and email address came back undeliverable. Great credit union. App is not the best though.
