The benefits you get both with the app and with the membership are great. However, I had to uninstall and reinstall the app because it refused to update (the Google Play Store *insisted* it was the most recent version, but the app said it needed to be updated regardless), and getting the card that lets you get gas discounts to work properly is way too much of a hassle for NO REASON. I have to send an email with proof that I entered the right information, even though I know I did.

I really don't have anything bad to say about the rewards program... the only thing is when they are doing upgrades/fixes to the system I end up not getting my reward points, other than that I have no issues with it... UPDATE: I'm still not getting my stache points. I give it 3 stars right now because I go to Dandy alot and spend quite a bit of money and don't get my points once this problem is fixed then I'll rate it higher.

I love the dandy app when it works. I have not been able to use my discount or get any deals because no matter what I do the app will not open. I have deleted, reinstalled, cleared caches and history etc.... multiple times and the app sits and spins. I have over 25,000 points that I planned on using for a pizza that I now can not get to.
