About this app

Edulink One is a powerful new whole school solution designed for teachers, parents and students to effectively collaborate in a user-friendly mobile and web app. It reduces administration and improves engagement and student outcomes.

At their fingertips, teachers can take registration and complete marksheets and behaviour. All users have access to messaging (via text, email or push notification), attendance, timetables, achievement, behaviour, homework, exams, student reports, medical and contact information, and more - all configurable to accommodate your school's needs.

Manage and book parents' evenings, view cashless catering balances, share resources and collect information using forms.

My school switched to this from Satchel One and it was a downgrade. It's nice that you can see positive/negatives, exams and attendance as well as homework but the set up is horrible. It's tedious and frustrating to having to sign in every single time even if you only went off for a minute and using the app is just as annoying (especially how it doesn't move completed homework to a separate group so it's out of the way and doesn't show which homeworks are overdue in an obvious, visible way)

I'm not sure why some if the reviews say that Edulink is badly designed. It's perfectly fine, as long as your wifi is working or your device isn't too laggy. Some times it forgets your log-in details, but that's just a an occasional slight glitch. There's no problem otherwise. :D

Rushed and terribly executed port of what was so very obviously an iPhone app at first. Interactions as well as the UI and stylistic choices are very very obviously those of Apple, which makes this stand out like a sore thumb on an Android device and repeatedly behave in ways that an established user will find to be counter-intuitive, confusing, or just downright broken. In particular, the back button behaviour is truly *painful* (because iPhones don't have back buttons). If I'm looking at one homework assignment and press "back" to see the full list, I'm instead taken back to the login screen... in what sane world could that be considered the correct behaviour? The way the video at the top of this page says "available across all platforms" whilst clearly showing a MacBook, iPad, and iPhone just about sums it up!
