About this app

Calculate the day of your ovulation, the fertile phase and your next period. Choose between “Contraception” using the sympthothermal method or “Get pregnant”. The Ovy App uses your body signals, such as your waking temperature, to calculate your cycle. With the connected Ovy Bluetooth Thermometer, you can automatically transmit the temperature.

How the Ovy App works:

+ Register and create your profile so that the Ovy App can learn about your cycle.

+ Choose between “Contraception” or “Get Pregnant” or track your “Pregnancy”.

+ Connect your Ovy Bluetooth Thermometer to the Ovy App once so that your temperature data is automatically transferred in the morning.

+ Take your temperature with the Ovy Bluetooth Thermometer in the morning before you get up.

+ Document other body signals such as cervical mucus, infering factors, ovulation tests, PMS, sick days and much more in the Ovy App.

+ Export your cycle charts and share them with gynecologists and experts.

Ovy GmbH offers in-app purchases. Fees are billed through the user's Google Play Store account. Once purchased, the subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you choose to renew, your account will be charged the same amount as the initial payment within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage your subscription at any time in the account settings of your device or turn off automatic renewal.

Ratings and reviews

I purchased the box in store with the thermometer and on the box it says + Ovy app. Only to find a basic thermometer in the box and I must pay extra for the app. It does not come included. I mailed them and they say its not included in purchase, so I paid x6 for a thermometer only. This is such a rip-off, I feel they should let you know on the box that the app is an additional charge. So disappointed, don't recommend this at all. I'm really angry that I paid for nothing. good job ovy !!!

3 stars because the free app is only useful for transferring BBT from the thermometer. It's otherwise useless. I use a different app to track my wife's cycles, I already paid for that one, and I have no intention of paying for any other. By the way, the "free thermometer" offer is only valid in some countries. It's not available in Poland, but I still have to pay the full price for the lifetime option? That's insane!

I used to use this app 2 years ago and it worked very well at that time. Now, despite a clear temperature peak and other symptoms, the whole cycle is marked as fertile and does not show ovulation. I am therefore canceling the subscription and do not recommend this app. There are other better ones and on top of that, they are free.
