My pancomp is updated but everytime i open my app it making a sound.

Someone who uses this everyday it crashes 3 times a shift. it never keeps up with where I actually am. it crashes my phone. it doesn't transmitted the information at supposed to transmit. it doesn't set off the alarm if an officer is off site. It's buggy and close to useless.
