Very slow buttons and navigation. Reading texts is a nuisance with the slow buttons. Barebones quantity-over-quality quizzes that often play wrong sound and you can't save or look up words without exiting and entering the dictionary. Searching for fish took 15s, showed sirname Chuang and 帥 handsome. Couldn't find anything fish related in the results. Next time fish was 2nd result. Runs like a website from a bogged down far-away server. Checked site and it's essentially the same.

Hi Alex! We're releasing a new patch that will hopefully speed things up quite a bit. We're eventually going to have an on-device dictionary - right now it's on a remote server. We are a small team but we're going to polish each and every element to perfection. I'm sorry you've had a bad experience, but we will absolutely work to make it right.

I'm so happy to see another app of this kind! However there's some room for improvement. The sorting of texts based on HSK levels isn't very well done right now. I'm at HSK2 level, but the HSK1 texts are pretty hard to read for me bc of all the hard vocabulary. Please consider adjusting the classifications. Less importantly, I think the UI could be dolled up a bit more, but it is good enough for now.

Thank you for the feedback! We are working on more appropriate HSK 1 and HSK 2 content, including many more stories at those levels. As for the UI, we have several improvements planned over the next few months, including a dark mode, and a slicker UI based on user feedback. All suggestions are welcome!

Very buggy. Can not sign in - after signing in with Google I am asked to "login". And then "Firebae Error: Auth-provider already linked". As of now app is not usable at all.
