Terrible terrible app. Been with them for about 2 years and they are very constant. Always offline, takes forever to load, especially if an alarm went off and you want to disarm - like every single time. Sometimes you need to close the app 2/3 times before you can enter. Last 2 days it just loads, can't get in and no error or anything, just loads and loads. Our other premises has an IDS system, which has a free app, and it works amazing in comparison.

Remote connection to the app is a hit or miss. My cats triggered the motion sensors while we were away, and the alarm went off. I've trying to connect to the app to turn off the alarm for more than 2 hrs and I still can't! The police have already showed up at the house and I could see them on the security cameras (connection is separate from this app) but I still can't turn off the alarm. I'm probably going to be fined by the police. I'm definitely changing services. NOT RECOMMENDED!

Horible. Stay away from this company. I opened support ticket and never heard from them. My instaler said just wait they will fix it. Waiting for months. Same issue as everyone else, no connection to Swan server. I can't turn on or off if I somehow I turned it on. I also have a small old VCare alarm, never ever had problems with that app.
