Horrible! Went to a concert. Thought it'd be faster to sign up for the app to pay for parking. 1st attempt, waited over 20 minutes in the parking lot to sign up. It crashed. Had to reload it & wait another 10 minutes. Put all my personal & credit card info in & got to the end after adding my payment method. Started walking to venue while watching my phone, to see a confirmation if the transaction went through. App got hung up. It never completed. Passed by a kiosk. It took only 2 minutes to pay.

This app has WAY too many permissions. Support response was not sufficient since this app doesn't use any of the features listed below. "Identity: We need access to your accounts and data in order to gather your email address to autofill your responses to our requests. Location: We need your location data to show your location on maps and to help autofill zone information and to help you find your car (coming soon). Phone: We need access to your phone to help you call parking attendants. Photos/Media/Files: We use file access to record logs during your use of the application. Logging makes sure that we can be responsive to any issues that may come up with your use of the application. Camera: We use access to your camera to take advantage of the ability to scan a credit card instead of typing in the credit card number. Bluetooth: We use access to Bluetooth to enable validation programs that use beacons. Device ID and Call information: We need access to your accounts and data in order to gather your phone number to autofill your responses to our requests. Android removed the ability for us to explain our use of each item so it seems very invasive"

This app worked fine for years. It just got updated and now it won't pass past "set up payment". I entered one card, and it still said "set up payment" after blinking once. Entered the same card again, and it said "card already in file", but it won't go any further. Had to pay at the station. What's the point then?
