The app does not stay in real time and it does not update consistently unless you continue to hit "locate". The vehicle will be in the driveway, which is a set boundary, a good five minutes before it sends an alert. Also, the app frequently glitches. I will press "locate" and it will show the vehicle in one location (or stopped completely), then hit locate a second time and it will show the vehicle 10 miles away. This is seconds later and not possible. The app needs to be updated.

Does not locate vehicle all of the time as it's supposed to. I understand that the unit puts itself to sleep to conserve battery power, but it needs to locate vehicle ALL OF THE TIME. When it does locate my vehicle, it is very usually the wrong address. Please fix this. This was a very expensive unit to install, I expect it to work correctly!

Not sure why the app doesn't work, it was working fine for 5 or 6 months. I did have the battery go dead one time disabled my motorcycle simply charged the device and started the bike went to work. But now I do not get alerts anymore so I come here to see if there was an update available Doesn't seem to be so maybe I will try a passtime app. But I also had a change in finance company maybe they're not paying a monthly monitoring bill. Who knows. But I did like the alerts if my bike was Disturbed
