Can only speak to the MSRA, but the Pastest app is by far the worst medical exam prep tool I have ever used. The mechanism for feedback returns error messages on each attempt, the interface is clunky and frustrating to use, the question selection filters work sporadically, honestly if i could leave a negative star I would. If you're going to use this app, I would highly recommend the free trial before you commit. Passmedicine and Quesmed are in a completely different league, but also cheaper!

This app is my companion for every RCPCH exam! It's pretty much seamless and useful for quick Q sessions. But to learn what's where and stuff in the app, I needed to tap on stuff, and it counts the Q banks I started and went back as wrongly answered; there should be an option to cancel them out. And also when I bookmark a question in a test, it automatically starts bookmarking next questions, and removing bookmark icon doesn't sometimes remove that unwanted Q from bookmarks. Needs adjustments...

it has stopped working, unable to login at all. Huge lot of money wasted in subscription. Do go for alternative apps like pasmedicine
