Search feature doesn't always work. One example: Tried search a restaurant using name, part of it's name, address, part of it's address. Nothing. Had to scroll through to the 3rd page to find it. It's very difficult to use. If you don't have a good data signal it doesn't work. Could not favorite anything even though there is a tab for favorites.

This is a nice way to always have your coupons with you... HOWEVER, you need to have an index page of all the merchants so I don't have to scroll thru the entire sections just to see who's in there. I know you have a search button, but I don't want have to keep searching for merchants that end up not being in there. I mean really, who wants to spend all that time. Get it right and do an update to include an index like you had in the booklet

App is garbage. App glitches often. Searching for places isn't easy. It doesn't tell whether there's a match for your search or not. Coupons aren't in alphabetical order for scrolling through while searching. Will not be purchasing a payback book in the future unless it's a hard copy.
