My only issue is that I don't get the text messages when my balance is low on my account. And then my power ends up going off and I'm on Hud, and I can't have this happening. They need to fix the text messaging thing where they send you to text to let you know your balance is low and you need to pay it. Sometimes I don't get good service and I can't check the app

The app is great. It's quick and easy. I love it! Just one thing about the internet. It's just that the internet doesn't connect most of the time. We have a laptop plugged into the router, and we still have a hard time with it.
