The same account number that's on the account screen on the website is correct and my zip code is correct and entered them both into the app. Yet I keep getting an error saying "Bad ISPC Account number and zip code combination". So far not useful at all.

Account details show minimal and outdated data. Strictly for paying, plus it charges a convenience fee even for a bank checking account draft. And don't call the office, they are rude and condescending.

You app sucks! All you have is an introduction page and nothing else. It doesn't have anywhere to input your information for payment purposes at all. As soon as you touch the dismiss button, it goes offline.
