"Oops something went wrong" I tried to rent and got a "store closes soon" error. The store was open 7 more hours. I called and reserved. Now the app gives me an oops at every turn.

I can't even explain the move I had. The things that went wrong.. It was terrible. Let's just say Penske didn't make it worse... When I just they keys... They just went with the flow... Well most of the guys did. They didn't charge me extra or anything..

I like them but obviously there's cheaper out there and they claim there's vans and trucks are a certain length when in fact I measured the vehicle I got and it was not what the guy claimed it was but in fact it was as advertised. I just got the wrong vehicle and they tried to say it was longer than it actually was but they worked with me and that's all that matters. Good customer service but there's cheaper options.
