Almost never works. Continually tells me it can't verify my information. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it to no avail. It still won't let me log in to see my accounts, and I've been trying for a week this time. Rarely to almost never have this problem with the Credit Union that I've been a member with for forty years now.

I love Instant Balance. And I just deposited a check ... wow, it was so easy: I entered the amount of the check, then took pictures of the front and back of the check, all done with the app, it was literally that easy!

The app completely stopped working after my phone went through an update. I called the bank for help and there is nothing they can do! Ridiculous, it deserves no stars at all!!!
