The app seems to be constantly refreshing, which stops the payment from loading and also makes the keyboard keep disappearing when I try to use the "contact us" option on the app. This used to work fine, hope it gets fixed one day. Until then, maybe have the site hi straight to the ticket purchase instead of making you scroll through instructions for downloading the app first?

Another example of official scams. There’s no real discount—you’ll end up paying the full amount. For instance, the online ticket order for the cinema costs £3 per ticket for activating the vaucher. The system also offers vouchers for food that the cinema doesn't accept. A genuine reseller would display a message to confirm if the customer truly intends to purchase food vouchers for use at other cinemas.

Forget trying to purchase Vue or Odeon tickets on here. You're better off using the perks at work website. The drop-down tabs don't work. I've reported it to customer services, but they haven't been able to fix it. It's disappointing, especially as the app was down for so long due to being 'upgraded'. Avoid at all costs.
