Jobs set up in COINS FM are relayed to mFM on the mobile device, providing full information about the contract, the asset, location, and service tasks. The status of the job is sent back to COINS FM. All data captured, including digital evidence (photos, signatures and scans) is sent back to COINS in real time.

The mFM app can include van stocks, to ensure better control of valuable assets and to make sure that the right parts are on the van to carry out the work for the day.

The mFM app improves productivity, improves data integrity and provides a foundation to build an improved customer experience. It gives the operations manager visibility, in real time of what is happening in the field. It takes paper out of the process and can take away those costly, wasted trips back to the office.
