Glitchy and slow to connect. Have been unable to switch back and forth between my dogs on the app. If you want to use the remote trainer and have a big yard, don't bother. Seems to have a range of like 5 feet and if your dogs are out of range and you need to correct them forget it. You have to catch up to them to be within range and once again, slow to connect

Just got a new phone, was hopeful that my issues were a result of the Galaxy S7 vs the app. Connectivity issues were already constant - and I've complained in the past. We chose this pet fence over other competitors because we wanted the remote option, and it NEVER works. I can't even set-up the app on the new phone because the collars will not connect! The one time I had an option to add the collars, it wouldn't accept the pin code. Choose the competition if you are hoping for a remote option.

Very poor connection. I just had this system installed and the app will not connect with my (newer model) Android phone, a Galaxy Note 10+. I paid extra for the system just to be able to connect through the app on my phone and I can't. I have three collars. Not one of them will connect. The app keeps stopping. Very dissatisfied so far. I really hope something is being done to correct this. Until then, I would not recommend.
