The service is completely broken. It fails to auto check after delivery and returning to the store. The app drains battery life rapidly while in background. the app crashes repeatedly. The app causes phone to be slow when ran in background, meaning it uses an uneccesary amount of RAM or CPU power. GPS is highly inaccurate compared to Google. Location tracking frequently disconnects. This app also tracks your location and collects data even when you're not at work. Enjoy losing that class action

This app is an absolute NIGHTMARE! I'm beyond furious. It's a miracle if I can even complete a single delivery without this garbage freezing up or crashing entirely. Every. Single. Time. I have to restart the app just to get it working again, only for it to inevitably die on me mid-route. But the absolute last straw? There was a delivery for $30 tip, and the damn app assigned it to DoorDash. Won't even give me an option to cancel it so DoorDash driver end up with that $30 dollars tip.

The company I work for has this system in the restaurant I work at and it drains my battery pretty fast. starting a five to six hour shift with 100% battery ends with a battery in the 40% range. and currently it constantly needs to be reloaded on the dispatch screen!! I've made it a mission to complain about it to my GM's boss and any other higher ups or other GMs being shown this system. edit: this app is always able to access your location even when the app is closed.
