Great service! Worked well for us right thru our Camino..... Only suggestion is that you give a more accurate pickup time - many days our bags were not collected until hours after we brought them down to reception. Wouldn't make a difference to many, but we were having a relaxed time and would have liked to get up later a few days where possible.

Loved using the Pilbeo services, easy quick and great stress free way to do the Camino. My friend even left her earbuds at a hotel, and they picked it up and dropped it off, along with the suitcases at our next stop. They were professional and went above and beyond, assisted with a last-minute request as well. I'd use them again for sure on my next camino trail 🙏

Pilbeo were amazing. I made little mistake at start with start date. this was fixed very quickly. All bags were delivered efficiently.The app works great. Easy tracking of your bags. can highly recommend them. Would definately use them again.
