Very frustrating App to use and very buggy. It takes multiple attempts to connect to the system and will usually tell you that the system is either busy or not connected to the cloud (even if it is). Instead of making my life easier, it has added to the frustrations. Not recommended.

Good app, works pretty well. Using it for a month with MWA500 I'm quite satisfied with it. You have to give it a little bit of time accessing the cloud to get information, otherwise you can get locked out from the keyboard for a white. When you understand how to treat patiently it does everything smoothly. Much easier to acces all the functions of the alarm system compared to the keyboard. I had few questions when setting it up, PIMA tech support were really nice and helpful.

Not much functionality. And very annoying that if the app crashes i cannot sign in again or even do anything from the keypad for some time. Seems like the app was a poor after thought that still needs a lot of work. Also their service is frequently down or otherwise not working.
