Best resource for effective learning of COLREGS I've come across. This app has changed the game for me, I struggled before, this has made everything straight forward by following a logical path, constant revision, ability to immediately bring up the relevant regulation and with ability to review any section any time. $3.99 AUD one time payment for the premium has been worth it.

This app is for international rules and does a great job. Customer support is superb and resolved an error within a few hours.

Great app but I would say one weakness is the mnemonics. Mnemonics should be short and memorable, and optional. These are often long and arbitrary, they don't help me memorise things at all. The interface when being tested on them is tedious as well, seems to have problems with my samsung's keyboard app. But other than that useful app for a fair price, thanks!
