About this app

This App connects general public with the Wafaqi Mohtasib Secretariat and allows them to lodge their complaints against federal government agencies. The list of agencies is provided in the App. The complaint is registered online and becomes part of the Complaint Management Information System of the Wafaqi Mohtsib. You will receive an SMS within minutes of lodging a complaint which will confirm the registration of complaint. You can select either head office (Islamabad) or any regional offices (Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, Hyderabad, Sukkur, D.I. Khan, Abbottabad, Bahawalpur, Multan, Faisalabad, Gujranwala and Faisalabad) nearest to you and your case will be heard at the selected station. The App shows the status of your case at each stage, and on conclusion of hearing, you can also view or download finding of the Wafaqi Mohtasib in your case. Children or on behalf of children, complaint on any children issue can also be filed with this App.

Ratings and reviews

App is very unresponsive. Please improve the user interface. The city selection dropdown menu does not open and without that I cannot proceed to next steps. Hence it is impossible to lodge a complaint and the app is essentially useless.

It's a worst Application. Improve your Attachment Viewer Interface Issues. When there is a important attachment uploaded. user cannot view it. When Click View Attachment It's directly open a link In browser, Which do nothing. neither is alternative method for logging and View Attachment.

App installed BUT not running, only screen with number of cases FAQ but all are untouchable not working. Only Home Screen not moving further.
