Well, I'm editing my original review and changing it to one star. The app is still really buggy, no change there, but now in addition to that, all of the points that I had earned disappeared and my total now sits at -25. A bit perturbed because I ran through all my plays before I noticed my negative point total and despite the fact that I matched everything, my points remained at -25. Thanks for screwing me out of a free fountain drink, Plaid. I'm done giving them my business, switching to 7-11.

They need a lot of work they got some cool workers that work there but they need a lot of work with like customer service skills and you know the pricing is great I love it it's just never seems like everything's self-service and which is fine for a minute mark but I don't know how to describe it really it's just I don't think I receive it kind of seriously

Generally good, but many bugs and issues. Many times it has taken my points but not given me a code, which quickly turns into an embarrassing moment while people are behind me in line when I try to figure it out.
