This has to be the worst ticket booking app in existence. Not user friendly at all. Multiple steps to download your tickets. What if I don't want to use the app and want to download it from the website? Why am I forced to download this even though I received a message on Whatsapp already? I paid extra to have it sent to WhatsApp, just for you guys to force me to download the app anyway!

I tried opening it now before and after an update.. Seems to have a major bug... Keeps flickering and showing error

App is up to date, tried force stop but when I open the app, and the login screen keeps flashing and won't let me log in
