Ratings and reviews

If you don't finish your description, photos, and video in a timely manner - even if you are in the process of working on it, the app will time-out and you lose everything. This happened to me twice. It would be nice if the app allowed you to save as you go before submitting it to your insurance company. I deleted the app and will submit the photos via email instead.

How disappointing is it to use this app to provide images to insurance companies and the app can't even process anything. Fix the issue or make way for a functioning app so people can actually get stuff done. Everything was fine untill I went to the final step. Then the app crashed and I restarted the process again only to meet the same problem... atleast appreciate that your app is getting recommended by serious companies and meet their needs/ our needs.

This APP is complete junk. I could have drawn my layout faster with a pencil and paper. When taking pictures of the corners the camera quits if you move more than an inch or two quickly. You then have to start all over. What a huge waste of time.
