The food was disappointingly bland and arrived nearly an hour late, resulting in half of it being wasted. This initial experience with Box8 was extremely unsatisfactory, and I doubt I'll give them another chance. They urgently need to enhance their food quality, app functionality, and delivery punctuality.

Pathetic Experience / Pathetic App / Pathetic Support System. I placed an order an hour ago, and after 30 minutes, it said my food would be delivered in 10 minutes. But there was no communication from the chat team to me at all. Then, after waiting a whole hour, they just canceled the order. This is incredibly frustrating!

They are taking orders and not delivering I live 2 km away and ordered at 11pm they took the order and maid me wait 1 hr, After that also they didn't deliver, the app customer service is worst their Customer care number no one is picking... ABSOLUTELY ZERO WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
