The app presents a methodology for block testing your current emotions and thoughts, it offers a set of simple training exercises to connect emotions and thoughts, and it also provides a diary to record your results.
With regular use of the app, the nervous system calms down, and the insula and visual cortex are trained. This overall reduces anxiety and enhances the brain's ability to plan actions effectively.

How does the app work?
The app is built on the principle of traffic rules, making it easy to use. This means:
First, you take the test and answer the questions.
Then you undergo training and perform exercises.
Afterwards, you monitor your results by checking the diary, where they are automatically saved.
It is advisable to use the app at the same time every day, without external influences or hints. All your answers will be beneficial for you.
Testing:
The test is designed to make you look at yourself like an actor in a movie that you evaluate based on various parameters. The key qualities for successful test completion are sincerity, simplicity, and clarity of answers. Do not delve deep into yourself or spend too much time on each question. Real answers always lie on the surface and are completely obvious. The test is not intended for one-time completion but for regular participation, documenting the dynamics of your emotional state and event plan. So, don't worry if you have no answers to some questions at all. They will appear over time. Answer easily and simply, saying the first thing that comes to mind, as all answers are relevant to the period when you give them. The test will show you your growth and developmentā€“ good things take time, and they can go unnoticed at first.
Questions:
The test consists of yes/no questions, questions with answers ranging from 1 to 100%, multiple-choice questions, questions to prioritize answers, or questions with your own answer options.
Answers:
