• Micro Pension (Withdrawals)
• Registration (Micro Pension & RSA PIN)
• Self-Service (Benefit Status, Enrollment Certificate & Account Statements)
• Access to User Profiles
• Initiate update requests of non-sensitive personal and employer details
• Fund Prices
• Account Information (Balances & Transaction details)
• Enquiries (Pension Calculators, Fund Rates, Referral & Rewards)
• Receive In-App messages on new features, quick tips, and promotional offers.

For registration, you will be redirected to the Web Portal to provide the required details for the enrolment. In addition, for Micro Pension contributions, you will be redirected to a payment gateway to complete the transaction. Users with multiple profiles can also switch roles.

To get started:
• Visit your App store, search for ‘Premium Pension Mobile App’ and click the download/install button.
• Launch the App and Register on the Mobile App.
• For “Member User Type” an activation link will be sent to your registered Email on the CBA. If you do not receive this link, call CSU on 09 4615700-4 for the verification link. Please note that this is a one-time process required only when using the App for the first time.
• Input your User Name and password.
• If you have forgotten your password, please click “Forgot Password?” on the login page to reset your password.

I use to enjoy this App very well. Unfortunately after updating the version access to my account details became impossible. No code is sent to my phone that will enable me login despite being told that the code is sent. I emailed my grievance for a solution and got replied that upgrade was still going on. It is more than a month now and the situation is unchanged. Kindly do something about this inability to get login code through SMS please to enable me use the App to access my Account details.

Nice app with good interface. I only succeeded in logging in just once. Tried again several times, but it keeps returning incorrect user details. And I ask for password change, it takes forever to load and no results in the end. But when I use the online, it gets me in. @programmers, can you link this app to the online platform credentials?

This app is just useless, no record is showing on the app even when all my details are complete. Does that mean I won't be able to have access to my account/records? I've tried logging in several times with the same issue. The page that is meant to show the track record is blank, also showing current balance is 1000 I tried using the live chat, after lodging my complaints, the personnel attending to me didn't respond again.
