very bad experience. their customer service is very bad. they didn't answered my calls. i asked some doubt through msgs they seen it but couldn't clear my doubts. very slow response. don't take their course i am not recommend this app

Its the first time I am writing a review In simple words, It's a wonderful app. I am preparing for UPSA exam. I have been using it for more than a month. All the classes are exceptional, in terms of contents, clarity as well as quality. As the subjects are divided into chapters and topics, it's very easy to understand. Also the daily gk, current affairs and vocabulary tests are very useful. suggestions: It will be great if there are explanations for daily gk, current affairs, etc. also

Not too bad as a new app,that's it. Customer service is too much laggy. Yeah you don't get instant replays for problems. I asked some doubts 2 days ago & still the problem not sorted out. They're viewing the msg but I'm not getting replay. Is that how you guys treat your customers! Atleast if they don't know about it then just tell us it's that simple. (I contacted on one of the phone numbers from the app). Try to improve ✌🏼
