App is unreliable. I frequently get error messages when trying to put an order through. I don't have time to stop and wait for an order in the morning so if the app doesn't work, then I end up ordering from somewhere else instead. I do a lot of online ordering and this is the only app I have frequent problems with.

New app completely sucks. No top-level item menu. No way to get back to the main page once you select into an item to see the options. Tons of wasted space resulting in lots of scrolling vertical AND horizontal scrolling. All my favorited orders gone. No support for Google Pay. App feels sketchy and is hard to use to place an order.

Still crashing immediately on Samsung s21 android. I've even reinstalled. I've had trouble with the browser version also. I like the food but the only way to get it is to call and then there are mistakes. It's a shame.
