projectdocu is the central collection point for all construction site photos, plans and construction site reports.
With real-time access, you always have an overview of the construction process and can react immediately to any eventuality. Important information about the location-based photos can be retrieved in a few seconds.

‘WHERE’ exactly did ‘WHAT’ happen on the construction site ‘WHEN’?

PLAN LOCATION
Automated location of the photos using GPS or simply tapping on the screen. Assign a position and viewing direction in the construction plan to each photo as soon as you take it. All plans are available offline for localization on your mobile device. Everyone involved can see at a glance which component a photo, a voice memo or annotation belongs to.

KEYWORDING
You can find all the photos again as quickly as possible later using keywords that can be easily added. Assign subcontractors, trades and locations to the photos, for example.

DESCRIPTION
Fast on-site recording is the be-all and end-all of projectdocu. Thanks to voice recording and dictation, you can transform everything you see into information that can be further processed. You thus shorten the process chain from the recording to the log to a fraction.

DEFECT DETECTION
Create a defect or remaining service for each photo taken and immediately assign deadlines and responsibilities. This reduces the recording of defects to three simple steps: recording, setting a deadline, defining responsibility.
This makes projectdocu your insurance against unjustified additional claims by third parties, even if they only arrive after completion. Use the universal tool for your defect management to keep track of all construction defects. Central management, quick setting of deadlines and easy status tracking, including Excel export of the lists of defects.

WEB PORTAL
All recorded data is transmitted directly from your mobile device to the projectdocu cloud in professional data centers in real time via WLAN or mobile communications. In this way, project progress and construction defects can be recorded efficiently and legally, and you create time for other tasks instead of having to work through hundreds of photos when in doubt.
In the associated web portal, you can create construction site reports with little effort, optimize the location assignment of the photos or transfer the data from the app to a digital construction diary including documentation of the current weather data. You can then create and send your reports as PDFs at the touch of a button.
