Aera app worked great initially, but after losing connection, I've tried repairing, unistalling, deleting, re-adding devices, rebooting my entire network a billion times - as many, many others have pointed out - nothing works. The 3 units I have will not connect, so they will not operate remotely or with the app schedule. Which is the main reason I spent 100s of dollars w this company. What a RIP OFF.

App looks nice but three issues I see so far: (1) once signed into the app, if you click on the BLOG, it asks for you to sign in again, but then states your login credentials are incorrect even though you are using the same one. (2) When in the shopping view and looking at the scent capsules, once you open one to see more detail there is no way to go backward and it closes the app. So you have to start over. (3) the scents page need to enable sorting by STRENGTH.

It's okay. I do have a couple of problems. I want my diffuser to run every half hour for 5 minutes through part of the day, and there is no option to do this easily. I created a schedule for each half hour, which takes time, and then I doscovered that there is a maximum number of schedules for some reason. So what I want to do isn't even possible. I could get a cheap diffuser and put it on a kasa smart plug and make it happen. The smart part of this diffuser is limited for no reason.
