Glitches everytime I open the app. In order to submit a report I have to delete the app and redownload it everytime. September 1, 2022 This App is still Garbage. Open the app and it tries to force you to update which brings you to the page it's on now which is why I'm updating my review. The premise of the App is a good idea, just the software behind the Application Development is not that great. This Application is for Service Technicians Only.

Can't give this app a zero because it absolutely does not work. I tried two different emails and a phone call to the company and still without the services they are SUPPOSED to help coordinate.
