One of the defining missions of Secure Transportation is to offer assistance “Through The Door.” With our new Itineris Mobile App, we can extend that assistance to the palm of your hand. Our app allows you to:

• Easily schedule trips to your recently traveled locations.
• Quickly create pickup and drop-off locations.
• View a detailed future itinerary, including a map of the trip route as well as estimated arrival times.
• Discuss issues with a live agent available 24/7.

Ratings and reviews

The app works extremely well. The operators (scheduling) are very helpful. Pros: When I'm not feeling up to going to an appointment,I call they let the driver know immediately! They are great at their jobs. Most of the drivers are great! They call to confirm & call when they arrive at my house. They are always on ⏲️ time. CONS: The few problems 😪 I've have been with drivers who accept the job, both A&B, then see that the b is an hour later. So they don't call & I'm 💩 outta luck.

The app itself is easy to navigate especially once they updated necessary components such as the ride home from the appointment. The company itself leaves a lot to be desired! In the last year I've had at least 75% of my transports cancelled due to lack of drivers. I've had to reschedule critical appointments multiple times due to this. I don't have the blessing of friends or family to drive me nor is it easy to take public transit when the appointment is in another town or the westher is bad.

Just hard to use when you are in a place that won't give you access to Wi-Fi. Really doesn't work all that well without the Wi-Fi connection. Other than that I can truly say that they keep their vehicles very clean and maintained. Drivers are courteous and will assist you in and out of the vehicle if you need it. Haven't had any scheduling problems yet. Most of the time when I schedule a ride they are a few minutes early for pickup. Update: App has completely stopped working properly
